What a few weeks. I’m pretty buzzing from delivering Discover Your Confident Self last week. I can’t tell you how much I bloody love doing workshops. Working with a group of women who all want to move themselves forward. Being a part of that is a privilege.

A few things have been on my mind recently.

Today is International Women’s Day. On their website they state:

Imagine a gender equal world.

A world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination.

A world that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive.

A world where difference is valued and celebrated.

Together we can forge women's equality.

Collectively we can all #BreakTheBias.

Right, we’ve got January out of the way. Now the year has really started. Does anyone else think that? Is it just me?

I’m not a big fan of buzz shit but the stats do support that the pandemic has caused a significant shift in people leaving their jobs – particularly in mid-level employees (and certain sectors) – so the great resignation appears to be a thing.
