Your family are like ‘Can we just have one meal where you’re not moaning about work?’ And you should be able to talk to your boss but hey, maybe they’re the problem and even if that’s not the case you can’t go to them with this, right?

You’ve tried to move on, wait to see if things just work out but just when you think you’re past it - BANG - it’s 5am in the morning and your mind’s whirring with ‘Why can’t I just sort this out?’

And now you’ve realised that what you actually need is someone on the outside to listen, to give you a fresh perspective and some straight career advice.

You’ve just had your performance review and you are raging. Meets expectations? Are you frigging joking? I can work with you to create a response strategy, challenge the feedback and ensure you leave with a clear agreement on what value you’ve delivered and what more you need to do.
Been putting off giving that feedback? You know you need to give it but you just hate it. We’ll come up with a feedback strategy that is direct, clear and that you can use again and again.
There’s some people that just scare the shit out of you. In front of them words become mush, you can’t think straight and you just don’t get why this is happening. We’ll get some understanding on what it is about this person that makes you feel like a 12 year old and what you can do to speak with confidence and clarity.

You are sick of that promotion being dangled in front of you only to be given to taken away and given to Average Joe. No more ‘next year’, lets get this for you this year. We will come up with a promotion action plan where you are driving this and holding others to account for what they’re promising you.
